Last week, I did my first podcast session with Norman Glaser’s MARKENREBELL. We talked about business topics such as performance, digitisation, technology and the areas where our corporate culture needs to change. I also talked about how these topics have shaped me as a professional – and what I am working on at the moment.

I like the ‘podcast’ format, because listeners can get a really good impression of a person and their ideas from it. And at the same time, if you have a conversation, you get immediate feedback from the person across from you. When I write, I never know if the words truly reflect my ideas and are understood the way I meant them.

Norman Glaser and I agreed that we will do further podcast sessions, since we had so many things we wanted to talk about and couldn’t cover in just an hour. I’m already looking forward to the next one!
